All sales are final. We accept exchange for items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a exchange, you must first email us within 3 days of receiving your product. Our email is email@example.com. You must send the damaged item we shipped out and we will replace the same product by priority mail.
To complete exchange, we must have proof of purchase sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
To return your product, you should contact us prior to shipping the item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchange product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Lost or Stolen packages.
Nothing But Hemp is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to address entered for an order. Open inquiry. Nothing But Hemp will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery. Tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
